Shipping & Delivery with DHL (Germany)
For an order placed in our online store, la profondeur usually delivers free of shipping charges within Germany, as long as it is not stated otherwise in the store.
For technical or logistical reasons, a shipment may be made in several stages.
Delivery time
All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of order placement and payment. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items typically take between 2 and 4 business days to arrive at their destination, but may take longer from time to time. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery to your address. To foreign countries, the delivery time is 10-20 business days.
