A. Information on the right of withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the last item of goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bahar Dogan, la profondeur, Karl-Marx-Ring 42, 81735 München, Germany, Tel.: +498921529133, email: info@laprofondeur.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
General information
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return them in their original packaging, with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging where necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit.
2) Please do not return the goods carriage forward.
3) Please note that compliance with points 1–2 above is not a prerequisite for valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
